Thiruvananthapuram: Men in black steal the show in Assembly

The BJP had entered into an agreement with Mr George's party, Kerala Janapaksham.

P. C. George having a word with BJP legislator O Rajagopal in House on Wednesday. Both came to the Assembly wearing black dress as a mark of protest against the prohibitory orders clamped by the government in Sabarimala.

Thiruvananthapuram: Four men in black stole the show in the Assembly on Wednesday. They were P.C. George, Independent, Roshy Augustine and N. Jayaraj, Kerala Congress, and O. Rajagopal, BJP. They appeared in black dress expressing solidarity with the Sabarimala pilgrims and protesting against the government's restrictions at the shrine.

Mr George and Mr Rajagopal sat together as per the decision taken by Mr George and the BJP earlier.

The BJP had entered into an agreement with Mr George's party, Kerala Janapaksham, to support the cause of Ayyappa devotees in the Assembly.
