Entire incident recorded by cop on mobile. Activists demand CCTV cameras.
Bengaluru: Khaki high-handedness was on full display at the Kumarswamy Layout police station where two women were mercilessly beaten up, slapped and dragged by the Assistant Sub-Inspector and one constable.

Renukaiah assaulted a woman identified as Saraswati inside the police station when they had come to resolve a domestic violence issue concerning her daughter Rakeshwari. The video was shot last week and it shows a constable manhandling one woman and later Renukaiah comes in, drags her out of the station while abusing her. Later, he violently pushes her in full public view and abuses her.

An inquiry was conducted by the DCP (South) Annamalai K., who suspended Renukaiah. However, no action has been taken against the policeman who was seen violently grabbing the woman inside the station.
Voicing concern BJP’s Karnataka unit has tweeted that women are being thrashed inside police station for demanding justice. People who are supposed to protect citizens are seen abusing and assaulting women.
