Parents of Bhainsa riots accused die on same day

NIRMAL: In a tragic incident, the parents of the two brothers accused in Bhainsa communal clashes, who were in old age, died on Wednesday in Panjashagalli in Bhainsa town on Wednesday.
The husband and wife died on the same day. According to sources, Abdul Ahmed,75 years old, died due to ill health on Wednesday morning, while his wife, Haimadi Begum, 68 years old, died of a cardiac arrest within hours as she could not cope with the news of the death of her husband.
Akram, relative of the deceased couple, said Ahmed was worried over the well being of their two sons, who had been arrested by police in connection with recent communal clashes that took place in Bhainsa. The two sons are currently lodged in Nirmal sub-jail.

Eleven persons including three police officers were injured in clashes that began as a petty quarrel on January 14 between groups from two communities in Bhainsa.
The clashes began as a quarrel between a group that was riding noisy motorcycles in the Korva Galli locality, and local residents, who objected.
