Hyderabad: Food supplement unit raided
Officials seized a large quantity of food supplements and tonics, etc., along with raw material and machinery from the premises.
Hyderabad: Commissioner’s Task Force, East Zone Team, with the assistance GHMC officials, on Thursday conducted a raid on an illegal manufacturing unit of food supplements in a residential premises at SBI Colony in Malakpet and apprehended its owner for running the unit, Himalaya Life Line, without any valid license from GHMC and the labour department.
Officials seized a large quantity of food supplements and tonics, etc., along with raw material and machinery from the premises.
The arrested was identified as Gaba Manish, 27, the director of Himalaya Life Line, resident of Malakpet.
The Task Force team and other officials apprehended Gaba Manish based on credible information.
The accused, along with seized property, was handed over to Malakpet Police for taking further action.
