The wife of K. Ramkishan Reddy, PACS Chairman of Nirmal district, K. Vijaya, has been fielded from Nirmal ZPTC by the TRS party. Vijaya is a native of Kapparapalli village in Mamada mandal.
It is learnt that minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy had convinced the party high command and ensured a ticket to his close associate Ramkishan Reddy’s wife Vijaya as the party’s ZP Parishad chairperson. Vijaya’s name was not announced unofficially as ZP chairman by the party.
News in political circles is that Indrakaran Reddy was planning to field his daughter-in-law as ZP chairperson but withdrew his plan and implemented the second plan, that is to field his close associate Ramkishan Reddy’s wife.
Minister Allola Indrakaran Reddy dropped the idea after the present ZP chairperson V. Shoba Rani and wife of former MLA Nalla Indrakaran Reddy was also trying for the Nirmal ZP chairman post.
