Isro aims to send 14 missions in 2019
Further he said the process for Gaganyaan ,manned space mission is going on the right direction.
Sriharikota: Indian Space Research Organisation is aiming to send 12 to 14 missions in 2019, Isro chairman K.Sivan told reporters here.
Speaking about the upcoming launches he said, “Isro will launch it's heaviest satellite GSAT 11 from French Guiana on December 5.” Then, the space agency to launch GSLV Mk-II rocket before Chandrayaan-2 mission from Sriharikota.
“We are planning to launch GSLV F-11 rocket with GSAT-7A satellite in another three weeks,” Sivan said.
While answering to another question he said Isro is having 47 operational satellites meant for applications including communication, earth observation and navigation.
Further he said the process for Gaganyaan ,manned space mission is going on the right direction.
