Daesh link: 34-year-old deported from UAE under terror suspect

Bhatkal: The 34 year old terror suspect who was deported from the UAE and is currently being held by the National Investigation Agency made one fatal mistake — he ‘liked’ a pro-ISIS comment on social media.

Gulshan Banu’s son Adnan Hasan Damudi was arrested about six months ago by Dubai Police allegedly for liking a pro ISIS comment.

Speaking to DC from her home in Bhatkal’s Sagar Road, Gulshan Banu said:  “NIA officials have taken my son into custody in Delhi. My son has no connections with ISIS or any other terror outfits. Had he any such association, the Dubai police would not have sent him to India.
