Hyderabad: Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao on Thursday appointed chairmen for three corporations.

TRS senior leader Taduri Srinivas was appointed chairman of the Most Backward Classes Corporation, K. Damodar Gupta was named chairman of the TS Police Housing Corporation and Paryada Krishna Murthy was given the responsibility of the Medical Infrastructure Corporation.

The CM has also decided to appoint former MLA Premsingh Rathod as chairman of a corporation, said CMO sources.

As promised, Mr Rao has been filling up nominated posts to various corporations and also decided to fill up hundreds of posts in various temple committee, agriculture committees and other boards in phases. Some senior leaders who were active in the Telangana movement are waiting for their turn.
