Cops to Auction 1,743 Abandoned Vehicles

Hyderabad: City police has 1743 abandoned/unclaimed vehicles pooled at Goshamahal grounds. Police propose to dispose the vehicles through public auction.

“Any person having any objection or ownership/hypothecation interest in any of these vehicles may submit an application before Hyderabad police commissioner, C. V. Anand, ICCC, Banjara Hills, and claim the vehicle within a period of six months from the date of proclamation, failing which the vehicles will be auctioned,” a press release said. The auction team is stationed at the Shiv Kumar Lal police station in Goshamahal and details can be obtained on the official website of Hyderabad city police.
