Sunitha Reddy Decides To Challenge Anticipatory Bail To Avinash Reddy

Hyderabad: Narreddy Sunitha Reddy, daughter of Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, has decided to file an SLP before the Supreme Court challenging the grant of anticipatory bail to Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy by the Telangana High Court on Wednesday.

Sunitha is the intervener in the anticipatory bail application filed by Avinash Reddy before the High Court, requesting the High Court not to allow his application.

In Sunitha’s Petition earlier, the AP High Court had transferred the probe to the CBI from the SIT constituted by the AP government and, again, on her plea, the Supreme Court has transferred trial from the CBI court in Andhra Pradesh to Telangana state.

She also impleaded in all the cases which are filed by either the CBI or the accused in he Vivekananda Reddy murder case or other persons including Avinash before the Telangana High Court. She has been moving from lower court to the Apex court in any matter related to her father’s murder case.

Apart from the CBI, now Sunitha has decided to file an appeal before the Supreme Court challenging Justice M. Laxman orders of Wednesday.
