Chhattisgarh: 20 IAS Officers Transferred in Major Reshuffle

Raipur: In a major bureaucratic reshuffle in the Vishnu Deo Sai government, as many as 20 IAS officers have been transferred.

Three of the 20 IAS officers who have been given new postings in the reshuffle are senior bureaucrats.

They are 2003-batch IAS officer Ritu Sarin, 2004-batch IAS officer Ambalgan P, and 2005-batch IAS officer Neelam Namdev Ekka.

This was the second major bureaucratic reshuffle after Mr Sai assumed office in December, 2023.

In the first major reshuffle after Mr Sai became chief minister, 88 IAS were transferred in January this year.

As many as 18 district collectors were changed in the bureaucratic reshuffle then.
