Delhi Court Reserves Decision on ED Chargesheet against Kavitha

Hyderabad: The Delhi special court for CBI and ED cases on Tuesday reserved its decision on whether or not to take cognisance of a supplementary chargesheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) against BRS MLC K. Kavitha in the liquor policy scam case.

The court would pronounce its orders in the last week of May. The ED also submitted that it had evidence against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal to prosecute him in the case. The court t case against Kejriwal on May 28.
