Hyderabad: The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) officials focused on getting leads in connection with benami activities by questioning the CCS ACP TS Umamaheswara Rao on Wednesday.

The agency officials took custody of the CCS ACP from Chanchalguda Central prison and shifted to the ACB office in Banjara Hills for questioning following the court directions. The court granted three-day police custody of the accused officer.

On the first day, the investigation officer and senior officers of ACB grilled the accused officer in getting details for possessing huge cash and registration documents related to immovable assets. It was reported that the accused officer was tight lipped and did not cooperate with the ACB officials.
