Hyderabad: Car rams into van, 2 kiiled

Hyderabad: Two persons were killed in an accident on Sagar highway on Saturday night. The accident happened when the car in which they were travelling crashed into a pickup van under the Manchal police station limits.

According to the police, a pickup van carrying vegetables was proceeding towards Hyderabad from Maal. When the vehicle reached Agapally, the driver noticed an RTC bus in the front and stopped suddenly to avoid crashing into the RTC bus.

Another car was behind the pickup van. The car driver could not control the vehicle and crashed into the van from the rear. Two persons in the car were trapped and died on the spot. Passersby and the police recovered the bodies from the mangled vehicles.
