KTR inaugurates Hyderabad\'s second largest flyover
Travel made easier from Shaikpet to Raidurgam
Hyderabad: MA&UD minister K.T. Rama Rao, on Saturday inaugurated the city’s second largest flyover that connects Shaikpet with Raidurgam. He said 24 programs have come up under SRDP and around Rs 6000 crore have been spent on them.
An additional Rs 1000 crore was spent on creating infrastructure and beautifying ORR. He likened the city’s planning and infrastructure to Istanbul
Rao urged Union minister G Kishan Reddy to urge the Centre to sanction permission for laying skyways from Uppal to Narapally, Patny to Kompally Patancheruvu and Jubilee bus stand to Turkapally.
“We are planning a flyover from Rasoolpura junction. I have submitted a memorandum to the Union government to facilitate the 21-road pass through military areas not open for civilians.
Ministers Mohammed Mahamood Ali, Sabita Indra Reddy, Talasani Srinivas Yadav, were present on the occasion.
