Bhatti's walkathon pylon inaugurated in Palair

HYDERABAD: Just as CLP leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka’s Peoples March padayatra reached Ponnekallu, the balladeer Gaddar inaugurated a pylon in the village in Palair Assembly constituency of Khammam district on Friday night to mark the day.

Former PCC president V. Hanumantha Rao, Congress Kisan cell state president Sunketa Anvesh Reddy, district Congress committee president Durga Prasad and others were present.

Bhatti began the Peoples’ March walkathon at Pipri village in Boath Assembly constituency of Adilabad district on March 16. He has covered 17 districts, 36 Assembly constituencies and 750 villages so far. The padayatra will conclude on July 2 at Khammam why when it would have completed 1,360 km in 109 days.
