Justice M Shantanagoudar Mohan is acting Chief Justice of Kerala High Court

Rajinder Kashyap, joint secretary to the Government of India, issued the order on Monday evening.

Kochi: The Union government on Monday appointed Justice M. Shantanagoudar Mohan as the acting Chief Justice of Kerala High Court. Justice Shantanagoudar assumed charge as a judge of Kerala High Court on Monday morning and considered cases.   He  was appointed as an additional judge of the Karnataka High Court on May 12, 2003 and as a permanent judge on September 24, 2004. Rajinder Kashyap,  joint secretary to the Government of India, issued the order on Monday evening.
