Well done Sushma, say Netizens

Kochi: The social media is flooded with congratulatory notes on the intervention of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in the migrant crisis in Saudi. Commentators are comparing the interest she has shown with that Vayalar Ravi, who as a minister for NRIs did very little for them.   Though many criticised Sushma for her tweet against former Chief Minister Oommen Chandy, the expats returned the favour through an array of Facebook posts. 

Shamnad Basheer lauded the efforts and said Sushma Swaraj has done a great duty.  “She is the only minister who knows her duty and executes it. Such ministers are needed for our country.” Mohammed Jasir who claims to be a Left supporter posted: “Keeping aside politics we should laud the efforts of Sushma.” Janeesh another NRI asked Sushma to visit Malappuram as her intervention had made Muslims very happy.
