Little rain, days to get warmer in TS, says IMD

 HYDERABAD: Weather systems that affect the state have subsided and Telangana will witness a largely dry spell in the week ahead, punctuated by light to moderate rain spells at isolated places. Instead, the day temperature will increase up to 35º Celsius under the influence of westerly winds.

Despite this, the IMD has issued a yellow alert with a forecast of thunderstorms with lightning in the districts of Adilabad, Komaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Nalgonda, Suryapet, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Jangaon, Sangareddy, Medak and Kamareddy.

City is likely to experience light to moderate rains or thundershowers and thunderstorms in the next three days.
