Telangana HC Questions Rythu Aid to Plotted Land

 Hyderabad: Justice B. Vijaysen Reddy of Telangana High Court on Wednesday directed the revenue department to submit its contention  in disbursing Rythu Bandhu to a land which was converted into residential plots in 2006.

The judge was dealing with a petition filed by Apex Resorts Plot Owners Association challenging transferring of  benefits under the Rythu Bandhu to a person Addanki Swamy Naidu.

Petitioners said the plots earmarked on the land situated in  Munipally Mandal in Sangareddy district and Marapally Mandal in Vikarabad District.
