Chennai police grill rebel Tamil Nadu MP Sasikala Pushpa

THOOTHUKUDI: The expelled AIADMK Rajya Sabha MP, L. Sasikala Pushpa appeared before the Pudukottai All women police station in Thoothukudi district for police interrogation in an alleged illegal detention and sexual harassment case registered against her based on the complaint of her former domestic worker.
On reaching the police station around 10 am on Monday along with her
husband, Lingeswara Thilagan and son L Pradeep Raja, who have also been included in the case, Sasikala Pushpa and the two others were grilled by the police officer for about three hours.
Later, coming out of the station in the afternoon, Sasikala Pushpa said that she and her family members cooperated well with the police interrogation.
