Girideepam Bethany public school leads in youth festival

Earlier the festival was inaugurated by actor Manju Warrier and the public meeting by Anto Antony MP.

Kottayam: The Girideepam Bethany public school, Kottayam, leads with 278 points on the first day of the  ongoing Sahodaya Kottayam zonal youth festival Sargasaangamam 2017 at the Mangalam public school, Ettumanoor. The Lourde public school, Kottayam, is in second place with 245 points and the Chavara CMI public school, Pala is in third place with 219 points.

The three-day youth festival has seen the participation by at least 7,000 students belonging to the entire CBSE schools in Kottayam district and some of the schools belonging to Alappuzha, Idukki, Pathanamthitta and Ernakulam districts. Earlier the festival was inaugurated by actor Manju Warrier and the public meeting by Anto Antony MP.
