Cabinet Meeting Scheduled for December 11

Vijayawada: In an official circular issued today, Chief Secretary Dr K.S. Jawahar Reddy announced that the next Cabinet meeting will be held on December 11 at 11 am in the Cabinet Meeting Hall located at the AP Secretariat in Velagapudi.

The circular directed all secretariat departments to submit their proposals for the Cabinet meeting by 12 noon on December 8. Each proposal should be submitted in 50 copies and adhere to the format specified in the Cabinet Handbook. Departments must also comply with the AP Government Business Rules, 2018, and any additional instructions issued by relevant authorities.

The circular further instructed departments to provide soft copies of their Cabinet memoranda in Word or PDF formats, along with PowerPoint presentations (PPTs) related to their proposals. These soft copies should be submitted to the General Administration (Cabinet.l) Department.

The Cabinet meeting will serve as a platform for the Council of Ministers to discuss and consider various proposals put forth by the secretariat departments. Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will preside over the meeting.
