Complaints Against Kaleswaram Project Over Irregularities
Hyderabad: High Court advocate Rapolu Bhaskar on Thursday filed complaints with the state and central agencies seeking to register cases against former chief minister K. Chandrashekar Rao and others in connection with alleged irregularities in the Kaleshwaram project. Bhaskar sent the petition to the ACB, CBI, Vigilance and Enforcement, and DGP.
He sought registering of cases against Chandrashekar Rao, former minister K.T. Rama Rao, MLC K. Kavitha and Megha Krishna Reddy of Megha Engineering Infrastructures Limited and its engineers for allegedly extracting public money by changing the alignment and redesign of the Kaleshwaram project and creating fake estimation of cost and misutilisation of thousands of crores of rupees.
