B. Pharm student dies of heart attack

ANANTAPUR: Tanuj Naik, a B. Pharmacy student of P.V.K.K. College in Anantapur, died on Tuesday at a private hospital in Bengaluru.

Tanuj, aged 19 years, suffered a cardiac stroke on March 1 while playing Kabaddi at the college on the outskirts of Anantapur. Others playing Kabaddi with him alerted the college management, which rushed him to a private hospital in Bengaluru for treatment.

However, despite treatment for the past six days, he could not recover and died on Tuesday.
