Kochi: Revenue minister E. “Revenue officials are doing this job as representatives of the government. There is no need to misinterpret the action taken against any particular official. All officials are bound to follow the government policy,” he said. The government won’t support those who protect encroachers, he said and  stressed the need for concerted efforts, regardless of political affiliation, to recover encroached land. “The government is going ahead with the steps to provide the recovered land to all the landless families,” he added.
