Aavin employees get Deepavali bonus

Chennai: State Minister for Dairy Development Mano Thangaraj gave away Deepavali bonus to 4070 Group C and D employees of the Tamil Nadu Milk Producers Cooperative Society and unions on Wednesday.

The 8.33 percent bonus and 11.67 per cent ex-gratia for the Aavin employees was announced by Chief Minister M K Stalin entailing an expense of Rs 5.96 crore, which would be borne by the milk cooperatives society and unions.
