Truck falls into gorge, driver dies

A truck driver carrying iron bars in the vehicle from Giddalur in Prakasam district to Nandyal, lost control and plunged into a gorge along the Nandyal-Giddalur National Highway at Dorabavi Bridge, Nallamalla Ghat Road.

The truck driver lost his life in this incident. Responding promptly, the Giddalur police arrived at the spot of accident and deployed rescue teams to manage the traffic and relocate the deceased driver's body for a postmortem examination. Authorities are gathering information about the victim.
