IT officials raid three hospitals

Since patients incur between Rs 3 lakh and Rs 4 lakh annually at corporate hospitals, we have decided to set up the free dialysis care facility so that the underprivileged can use the facilities for free. This is the first time that space in a mosque is being utilized for a free dialysis centre. KHAMMAM: An 18-member team of income tax officials from Vijayawada raided three private hospitals in Wyra Road on Wednesday. The hospitals included Belief, Rohit Test Tube Baby Centre and Sriram Kidney Centre.

Incidentally, according to sources, having been tipped-off earlier, the hospital staff shifted three bags of accounts books and other documents before the official arrived for the search operation.

Reportedly, the officials were informed that money from the three hospitals for Munugode by-election. One being asked about the raids, IT officials said that they had collected documents and records from the hospitals.
