These polling booths are SNDP building Mamangalam (West), Mahila Samajam Building Chalikkavattom, P K Madhavan Memorial Library Hall Chalikkavattom, SNDP building Mamangalam East, APM English Medium School Thammanam West, APM English Medium School Thammanam Eest, Village Library Ponnurunny, Rice Research Centre Vyttila North, Rice Research Centre Vyttila West, SP Yogam LPS Ponnurunni East, Sharaful Islam UPS Kaloor (middle portion),  Sharaful Islam UPS Kaloor west, St Joseph's LPS Kakkanad North, Government UPS Padamugal South and Government UPS Thengod South.
The returning officer in turn has forwarded the petition to the Tahsildar, Kanayannur taluk, for action.
