PC George belittles Anju Bobby George, says she is not qualified

Kottayam: Anju Bobby George does not have the qualifications to be the president of the Kerala sports council, opined Poonjar legislator P.C. George during a press meeting. Speaking to reporters at the Kottayam press club, Mr George sided with sports minister E.P. Jayarajan, and said that there was nothing wrong in the statement of the sports minister.

“Anju is a resident of Karnataka. It is wrong for her to assume the charge of a top post in the sports field in Kerala,” he said. Mr George also lashed out against Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan for inviting the acting High Court Chief Justice to the CM’s oath-taking ceremony orally over phone. He said this was against the rules.
