TSRTC to have ‘bus day’ on Thursdays

HYDERABAD: The Telangana State Road Transport Corporation started a new initiative called Bus Day to know the pulse of passengers travelling in buses. The feedback will be taken on every Thursday from now in which the administrative staff will be travelling in buses.

According to the corporation, this activity will enable them to improve the services. The administrative staff and top heads of TSRTC took a ride in an ordinary service bus during the journey as the staff interacted with the passengers onboard and enquired about the availability of buses, punctuality, and behaviour of the crew.
