KCR urges Jeeyar Swamy to fix muhurat for Yadadri temple inauguration

HYDERABAD:Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao on Monday met seer Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy at his ashram in the city outskirts.

He was accompanied by his wife Shobha, Rajya Sabha member Joginipally Santosh Kumar and My Home group chairman Jupally Rameshwar Rao.
Official sources said that Rao sought the seer’s advice on the arrangements to be made for the inauguration of the renovated Yadadri temple complex. He also asked the Jeeyar to schedule the inauguration.

Rao told Swamy about his plans to conduct 'mother of all yagams' by setting up 1,048 yagna kundas in 100-acre yagna vatika by inviting 1,000 rithviks (Vedic pundits who perform yagams) and another 3,000 assistants.

Later, the CM did an aerial survey of the 50-tmc ft Mallannasagar reservoir in Medak district, part of the Kaleshwaram scheme. He is planning to inaugurate the project in November.
