THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: CPM central committee member E.P. Jayarajan on Wednesday lashed out at CPI state secretary Kanam Rajendran accusing him of crossing all boundaries and violating the coalition dharma while criticising the police and the home department. In a Facebook post, Jayarajan said such utterances could never be pardoned by Left fellow travellers in the state. It’s not known whether anyone has entrusted Kanam Rajendan the responsibility of being the head man of LDF. One should speak about LDF policies only after discussions within the front.

“Kanam does not enjoy the right to decide before hand  which parties are to be taken or not to be taken in the LDF fold,” Jayarajan said . He said instead of raising such matters within the front, making provocative statements in attempt to secure the championship, could not be considered as good politics. LDF government is in power in the state. A leader of the coalition partner criticising the government, chief minister and department was condemnable.
