Stray dogs kill 32 goats in Kurnool district

Kurnool: A pack of street dogs killed 32 goat kids in Kanakaveedu village of Nandavaram Mandal.  Ramesh, a resident of the village, and his family rely on goat farming as their primary source of income. Among their 70 goats, 32 kids were attacked and killed by street dogs late on Monday night. The incident  resulted in a loss of '3 lakh for the family, Ramesh said.

He said that the street dogs entered their farm at night and attacked the goats.  He expressed distress over the loss of their goats, which served as their livelihood. He appealed to the government to extend him support to acquire goats to continue their means of living.
