KOZHIKODE: Tathva, the three-day annual inter-college techno-management fest of the National Institute of Technology-Calicut beginning Friday, will see participants from across the country. The fest blending a plethora of cultural events, fine-arts and social initiatives along with workshops and exhibitions attracts thousands of visitors annually.  The events include Adizya, the art and architectural bonanza, various competitions like Blitzkrieg for serious and passionate gamers and events for management gurus. 

Lectures on topics relevant to the ever-changing trends in the field of science and technology will be other highlights. Workshops will provide individuals with hands-on experience in the latest technologies in chosen fields and aid development of cognitive and personal skills through interactions. Some of the topics covered are artificial intelligence, quadcopter, big data and Hadoop, green building and smart usage, sixth sense technologies, internal combustion engine and swarm robotics with the mind-controlled robot.
