Former TPCC chief and Congress minister N. Uttam Kumar Reddy paid a courtesy call on AICC former president Sonia Gandhi and Congress MP Rahul Gandhi at 10, Janpath on Wednesday.
Irrigation Minister Uttam Kumar Reddy was accompanied by his wife -- Kodad MLA Padmavathi Reddy.
Later, Uttam Kumar Reddy proceeded to the Parliament and submitted his resignation from Lok Sabha to Speaker Om Birla.
