UP: 2 killed in clash over dead cat

Two villagers clashed in after a dead cat was thrown in front of the house of one of them.

Lucknow: Two persons were killed in a clash over a dead cat in Uttar Pradesh's Unnao district this morning, police said.

Two villagers clashed in Hirakheda village under Sohramau police station area after a dead cat was thrown in front of the house of one of them, police said.

In the ensuing clash both of them – identified as Amrit Lal (34) and Sharda Prasad (33) – were killed, police said adding that a case has been registered and investigations are on.
