CM N Chandrababu Naidu starts app for feedback

Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the app would help the government to get the reactions from people.

Vijayawada: Chief Minister  N. Chandrababu Naidu launched Kaizala app connect to AP CM app at the Secretariat on Friday to receive feedback from people directly on implementation of Government welfare programmes. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the app would help the government to get the reactions from people. He said the Kri-shna Pushkaralu was organised successfully and the government achi-eved cent per cent satisfaction from people by using Kaizala app.

He said Microsoft developed the app and citizens can reach the CM directly using their smart phone. He said that the government would maintain confidence over the reactions received from people and react immediately. The Chief Minister said there is good resp-onse from people when the government posed four questions to people after introducing the app experimentally on April 13. He said 70 per cent of people expressed satisfaction over the app and implementation of welfare programmes.

The Chief Minister said the government would implement citizen-centric governance by improving performance after receiving reactions of people through Kaizala app and other social media and call centre. He said a 750-seater call centre would be inaugurated at the Secretariat. He said command and communication centre also would be inaugurated at secretariat on June 1. The Chief Minister assured better governance using internet of things.
