Dogs attack teacher in Rajampet

 ANANTAPUR: A teacher suffered bites when stray dogs attacked him at Rajampet in Annamayya district on Wednesday morning.

Chowdappa, the teacher, is a resident of YSR Nagar in Rajampet town. He had left home to have tea at a nearby hotel. Suddenly, stray dogs attacked and bit him, leading to wounds.

His family immediately shifted him to Rajampet government hospital.

Incidentally, an LKG student had been attacked by dogs near Nalanda School area in Rajampet a couple of days ago. The boy suffered serious injuries during the attack and is still under treatment at the Rajampet hospital.

People have been demanding that authorities contain the stray dog menace.
