Hyd Liberation Day Celebrations Kick Off with Grand Event at Rashtrapati Nilayam

HYDERABAD: The three-day celebrations to mark the Hyderabad Liberation Day began at Rashtrapati Nilayam here on Friday. The celebrations are being held by the Centre.

The event was inaugurated by Vice Chancellors Prof. B.J. Rao of the University of Hyderabad and Prof. Syed Ainul Hasan of the Maulana Azad National Urdu University.

Several events including discussions and cultural performances and a rally as conducted for college students. The celebrations are open to the public and will conclude on September 17.
