Hyderabad Police Warn IT Professionals Against Road Blockades During Protests

Hyderabad: Madhapur DCP Sandeep Kumar has cautioned IT professionals of legal action if they blocked roads to protest the arrest of former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. He said police would take action against those circulating information about these events on social media platforms.
Police pointed out at Telugu Desam leaders, in collaboration with IT employees, had scheduled a series of protests from 6 to 7 pm at Manikonda Marrichettu junction and from 1 pm to 5 pm o Sunday. They also planned to go on a car rally on the ORR from the Nanakramguda toll gate, travelling at 60 kmph on the expressway on which the maximum speed is 120 kmp. In additional, a protest at IIIT junction wsa also planned.
