Hyderabad: Heat wave to stay on for 3 days

Friday was the fourth consecutive day that the maximum temperature crossed the 41ºC mark in Hyderabad.

Hyderabad: The searing heat wave conditions will continue for the next three days in Telangana, the Met department warned on Saturday.

The day temperatures increased on Friday – from 41.5ºC in the past two days to 42.4ºC. In the state, the highest temperatures were recorded in Nizamabad  (44.9ºC), Adilabad (44.6ºC), Medak (44ºC)  and Nalgonda (43.2ºC).
Friday was the fourth consecutive day that the maximum temperature crossed the 41ºC mark in Hyderabad. Significantly, the minimum temperature towards the evening also rose to 28.3ºC, four degrees above the normal.

The searing heat wave conditions will continue for the next three days in Telangana, the Met department warned on Saturday.
