I-T Raids in Nalgonda District, Focus on Rice Mills & Management Officials

HYDERABAD: Income-tax raids continued for a second consecutive day on Friday in Nalgonda district at rice mills, their offices and residences of their management officials in different places in Nalgonda, Miryalaguda and other places. Officials verified the income-tax returns filed by rice mill management personnel. It was stated that some of rice mill managements had not maintained records of purchase, sales of rice and paddy as well as customers data.

Meanwhile, the management of Dr Reddy's Laboratories stated that K. Narender Reddy, raided earlier this week, was an employee but the seized money was not related to it.
