Travancore Titanium Products graft: VACB submits case diary
The High Court on Friday vacated the stay and directed the accused to seek bail.
THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Vigilance and Anti-Corruption Bureau on Friday submitted the case diary of the probe into the alleged corruption in the installation of the waste treatment plant at Travancore Titanium Products (TTP) before the Inquiry Commissioner and Special Judge (Vigilance). The court had earlier directed the Vigilance to produce the case diary after the special prosecutor in the case cited flaws in the probe.
The Vigilance informed the court that the probe was getting delayed owing to a stay obtained by the third accused in the case, former chief marketing manager of TTP Santosh Kumar, from the High Court. The High Court on Friday vacated the stay and directed the accused to seek bail. The Vigilance court posted the case to March 4.
