Navjoth Khosa is new Kottayam district collector

Kottayam: Ms Navjoth Khosa, former food safety commissioner, is the new Kottayam district collector.  Ms Khosa,   a native of Bhattinda in Punjab,  joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2012 after completing her BDS from the Government Dental College at Amritsar.   Ms Khosa will assume office   next week.   Ms C.A. Latha, the present collector, has been made the Land Board secretary.
