Temperature Continues to Surge in Telangana

Hyderabad: Temperatures in the state have been on a surge since the monsoon withdrawal and soared further after the line of monsoon crossing the state on Tuesday.

The highest maximum temperature of 38.6 degree was recorded in Wanaparthy district as of Wednesday. In the city limits, the temperatures also soared with the maximum temperatures reaching 37 degree. The minimum temperature recorded was 24.5 degree at Bhadrachalam. The maximum increase in the mercury levels was in the district of Khammam by 4.4 degrees with the maximum temperature of 36 degrees.

As per IMD, dry weather will prevail over the state in the next five days and with the city experiencing hazy and misty mornings.
