Minister T P Ramakrishnan urges nurses to call off strike plan

The government is of the view that the nurses should get genuine wages.

Thiruvananthapuram: Labour Minister T.P. Ramakrishnan urged the organisations of nurses to keep off from their strike plan, especially considering the spread of dengue and fever. The Minister said in a statement that the government was trying to make a consensus between the management and nurses. The government is of the view that the nurses should get genuine wages. A section of nurses at a private hospitals has made the strike call.
