Kerala minister praises AP government schemes
Vijayawada: Kerala’s animal husbandry minister J. Chinchu Rani visited Vanukuru Rythu Bharosa Centre in Penamaluru mandal and the Punganur Cow Breeding Centre at Elamarru in Pedaparupudi mandal of Krishna district on Wednesday.
She enquired about the various schemes being implemented by the AP Animal Husbandry Department in the state and how cattle farmers are using these schemes.
First, she visited the Vanukuru RBK Centre and observed its working and the services offered by it to farmers. She saw the working of kiosks and how farmers got inputs from them.
Next, at the Punganur Cow Breeding Centre at Elamarru, she interacted with joint liability group members and enquired about the assistance being given by the state government.
Speaking on the occasion, minister Chinchu Rani praised the state government for providing better services to farmers. She said Kerala state government desires to implement various schemes along the lines of Andhra Pradesh.
