Hyderabad : The aftermath of the record breaking rains of 13th October in Hyderabad has left the city roads ravaged.

The once clean cemented roads of Secunderabad and Bowempally area has now been transformed into a collection of water puddles made up of sand and and water that washed upon the roads after heavy downpour in the city.

The condition of the roads has made it challenging for the residents to drive on the roads which comes with a risk of accidents due to the low lying, wet and slippery roads and a looming threat of further rainfall as predicted by India Meteorological Department.

India Meteorological Department in it's press release declared "Fairly widespread to widespread rainfall with isolated heavy fall (64.5-115.5 mm/day) very likely over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana..."
